Job Description
College Group, a leading animal by-products processor and exporter, seeks an Accounts Payable Administrator for a 9-12 month contract in Nobber, Co. Meath. This role supports the finance team in optimizing financial transactions and strengthening relationships with vendors and suppliers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Liaising with managers for timely approval of invoices
- Maintaining document management systems
- Executing credit card and bank account reconciliation
- Assisting with purchase order system development and maintenance
- Supporting senior financial accountants, CFO, and senior management as required
Key requirements include:
- Understanding of basic finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information
- Strong Excel, analytical, and SAGE skills
