Job Description

College Group, a leading animal by-products processor and exporter, seeks an Accounts Payable Administrator for a 9-12 month contract in Nobber, Co. Meath. This role supports the finance team in optimizing financial transactions and strengthening relationships with vendors and suppliers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Liaising with managers for timely approval of invoices
  • Maintaining document management systems
  • Executing credit card and bank account reconciliation
  • Assisting with purchase order system development and maintenance
  • Supporting senior financial accountants, CFO, and senior management as required

Key requirements include:

  • Understanding of basic finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information
  • Strong Excel, analytical, and SAGE skills
