Job Description
Join our team as an Accounts Payable Analyst in Central Dublin.
Develop and maintain financial control processes, including supplier selection, purchasing procedures, payments, and risk management for a growing semi-state body.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and set up key suppliers
Assist in automating the PO system
Ensure controls and approvals are in place before costs are incurred
Liaise with suppliers and reconcile statements
Support the monthly close process and review company credit cards
Liaise with the finance team and other divisions
Establish tax working files for VAT, RCT, and PSWT
Drive good financial discipline within the organisation
Support the Head of Finance in managing auditors
Prepare budget information across departments
Requirements:
Stamp 4/European passport required
Strong Accounts Payable background with 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Oracle, Sage, and SAP
Strong analytical, research, and issue resolution abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Business or Accounting qualification
