We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Cork City.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with a high volume of monthly premium payments to insurance companies
- Liaising with Client Executives & insurance companies to resolve account queries
- Processing & issuing refund cheques
- Daily control of bank lodgements
- Insurer ledger reconciliation
- Sending lapsed papers to insurance companies
- Scanning statements and insurance payments
- Reconciling daily lodgements and lodging monies to bank
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience in a similar role (an advantage, but not essential)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and particularly Excel
- Ability to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines

Working hours are Monday to Friday, with a salary range of €26,000.00-€28,000.00 per year, including benefits such as bonus pay and overtime pay.
