**Job Summary:** Manage accounts payable function, oversee employee expense and AP processes, and lead a team of team leaders to drive continuous process improvement. **Job Description:** As the Group Accounts Payable Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the company's accounts payable function. You will work closely with Accounts Payable and Employee Expense Team Leaders to drive continuous process improvement. The purpose of this role is to ensure deadlines are adhered to and to develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the Employee Expense, Accounts Payable (AP) and Payment Team Leaders through clear communication of responsibilities, provide guidance, training & development when required and proactive performance management. * Oversee the end-to-end Employee Expense and AP processes, including employee expense claim processing and audit, invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliation. * Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. * Collaborate with procurement and site project teams to ensure seamless approval and payment processes. * Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, addressing any payment-related issues or inquiries promptly. * Develop, maintain and monitor AP & Employee Expense key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement. * Provide insights and recommendations based on industry best practices. * Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and accounting standards. * Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support to auditors. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing multiple teams within Accounts AP. * Proven track record of reviewing and improving AP & Employee Expense processes and systems. * Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes and best practices. * Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with construction-specific software is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with ability to meet tight deadlines. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. **Company Overview:** At Sisk, we are committed to attracting and hiring diverse talent into our organisation.
