Armont Recruitment have partnered with a market leading organisation seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join their dynamic finance team based in north Dublin. This business is at a time of growth through development across all areas of the organisation at an international level and this is a great opportunity to get in at a time of expansion in the finance department. This role will suit an accounts payable professional with over 4 years experience looking to gain complete end to end AP experience within this expanding organisation. The Role Processing high volumes of AP invoices Monthly reconciliations of vendor statements Collaborating with other members of the Finance and procurement teams, including the operation of our purchase order system Match and record supplier invoices Reconcile supplier statements Accounting for accruals and prepayments Investigation and resolution of supplier queries Preparing payments and payment files for suppliers Ad-hoc duties as required The Candidate Strong background in accounts payable with a minimum of 4 years experience Experience working in the construction sector is advantageous Ability to deal with a high volume of processing The Rewards Salary range, €40,000 €45,000 DOE Study support Hybrid working Parking Skills: Accounts Payable Accounts Payable Specilist AP
