Dublin 2/4 Area, easy access to bus and rail
Hours: 35 hours per week, flexible start times

€40,000 - €45,000


What You'll Do:

• EndtoEnd Invoice Processing: Manage the full cycle of invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Staff Expenses Management: Handle employee expense claims with meticulous attention to detail.
• PO Matching &

Creditor Reconciliations:
Match purchase orders with invoices and perform monthly reconciliations.

• Bank Reconciliations: Maintain accurate financial records by performing regular bank reconciliations.
• System Implementation &

Process Improvement:
Be a key player in supporting the implementation of new systems and driving process enhancements.

• Manual and

Automated Processes:
Utilize your strong knowledge of both manual and automated accounts payable processes to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.


What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 35 years of comprehensive accounts payable experience.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of both manual and automated AP processes.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and embracing change.
