I have been exclusively retained by my client, an IT specialist who is looking to hire an ambitious and experienced AP specialist. With career progression built in, this is a must role for any future AP Manager. Accounts Payable Work hand in hand with the current AP Manager Work with the wider finance team, help integrate newly aquired (M&A) companies from an AP viewpoint Assist in the annual audit and deal with any relevant audit queries. Performing Suppliers account reconciliation and dealing with all supplier queries. Use automation and AI tools to help get through volume invoices Manage the vendor process Ensure payments complete in accordance with guidelines Ad hoc work Skills & Personal Attributes Willing to learn and take ownership Excellent stakeholder management and cultural fit Systems knowledge What do you get in return?
