Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Administrator will join our Cork team, reporting directly to Regional Director, and play a key role in administering large customer accounts. This role is a part-time permanent contract and is site based in our depot at Tivoli, Cork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sales invoicing process (automated). Apply 'get it right first time' approach.
  • Liaising with customer accounts payable contacts on monthly invoice processing
  • Liaising with both HSS sales team and customer AP teams on dispute resolution
  • Provide regular updates to credit control team on debt collection
  • Ad hoc administrative requests together with supporting the HSS Hire Cork team.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced accounts receivable / administrative role would be a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills with high competency in Microsoft office products.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with existing team.
  • Capacity to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards and effective time management.
  • Energetic with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment within a high-growth business.
  • Commitment to diversity, be risk aware and always apply a right-first-time mindset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication – fluency in English is a key requirement.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and passion for data integrity and process definition.
