What Youll Be Doing: Managing a high volume of bank accounts for residential lettings and commercial property portfolios. Conducting daily reconciliations and managing internal bank transfers using Yardi and Salesforce systems. Handling aged debt and arrears management, ensuring accurate and timely month-end reporting. Engaging with clients, tenants, and colleagues to resolve queries and maintain excellent relationships. Supporting the accounting team to ensure smooth and efficient payment processes. What You Bring: 2+ years experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, with a solid understanding of full-cycle AR processes. Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
