Your new company Hays Accountancy and Finance are excited to be partnering with a very successful and rapidly growing industry-based client to support the recruitment of an Accounts Technician on a full-time basis - offering a 4-day working week. EVERY Friday off! Your new role As a Qualified Accounts Technician, you will support the smooth running of the Finance function, supporting the Finance Director and Company Accountant in accurately recording, analysing, and reporting financial data. You will ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations while providing timely and insightful financial information. What you'll need to succeed Essential Skills & Experience * Qualified Accounting Technician or similar by experience * At least 2 years' experience in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages, in particular Microsoft Excel * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Integrity and confidentiality Desirable Skills & Experience * Experience working with ERP Systems.
