Accounts/HR Administrator Responsibilities Process Sales Invoices Completing ongoing bank reconciliations Managing aged debtors Coordinating therapy appointments with clients and staff Response to customer queries Maintaining necessary back up documents for therapy staff and forwarding these to clients as required Providing administrative support through the recruitment process Any additional duties that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications, skills and requirements 2 years practical working experience Good attention to detail and thoroughness IT proficiency in software packages Ability to work independently on projects but can still work as part of a team Strong deadline and task management You'll be working directly with the management team
