Activity Coordinator Wanted for Mental Health Service in Dublin We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to play a key role in the rehabilitation of patients at a mental health service in South Dublin. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to the creation of a therapeutic environment through evidence-based practices and interventions. This will enable patients to achieve their highest level of functioning and quality of life. **Key Responsibilities:** • Coordinate activities and programs to promote patient engagement and participation • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Provide support and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers • Maintain accurate records and reports **Requirements:** • QQI Level 5 (8 modules) in Healthcare or equivalent • Minimum of 6 months experience as an Activities Coordinator, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant • Previous experience in a mental health setting is an advantage • Category B Full Driving License is essential • Full eligibility to work in Ireland **Join our team and make a difference in the lives of patients in need.**
