Administer medications and treatments in alignment with HSE guidelines and standards. Monitor and document patients' vital signs, progress, and treatment responses. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement personalised care plans. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care. Maintain precise patient records and uphold patient confidentiality. Respond swiftly to emergencies and provide appropriate care in high-pressure situations.
