Job Description

Administrator / Accounts Assistant required for South Dublin.

Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm / Friday 8.30am - 5pm Salary: €37k Bonus twice a year Pension ( 5% )

Duties include:
Daily maintenance of Refreshment area/ machines and restocking.

Updating and restocking of stationery/ general pantry supplies as required.

Answering calls/ emails from customers and directing to the appropriate person.

Dealing with general customer queries, invoice requests, statement of accounts, pods, credit returns.


Processing daily/weekly credits, over charges for customers, updating warranties Confirming daily dispatch dockets, insuring pos are on dockets for specific customers and placing dockets aside for sales persons for pos/ price edits for specific customers.

Requesting pos from specific customers before end of month.

Taking phone card payments for customers for invoices/accounts.

Updating accounts re daily card/ cash payments.

Informing accounts re invoices / remittances/cheques received and lodged.

Verifying daily/ weekly payments to suppliers from accounts payable.

Monthly Petty cash report to accounts and forwarding receipts.

Dealing and updating customers with return queries/reports as required.

Purchasing Weekly/ Monthly stock check Generating pos for purchasing of products and setting up new codes on sage.

Editing costs on excel and updating standard landed costs on sage once delivery invoices received.

Co ordinating freight for pickup and delivery of products.

Requirements: 3-4 years in a similar role ( Accounts Assistant / Administration / Customer Service )
