We are seeking an Administration Assistant to support our operations in Laois.
About the Role:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and online chat.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist with daily office tasks and organize workflows.
- Prepare and distribute job sheets for warehouse staff.
- Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and other teams.
- Contribute to sales efforts with enthusiasm and knowledge of solar and services.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in email, multitasking, typing, and standard computer skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Strong work ethic and excellent telephone manner.
- Positive attitude and appetite for growth.
- Logical thinking and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Mac computers is an advantage.

Job Details:
- Full-time, permanent position.
- €14.00 per hour.

Requirements:
- Leaving Certificate (preferred).
