Job Description

Administrative Business Partner role in Dublin, Ireland, requires a highly organized and analytical individual to support senior executives and teams.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you will be the backbone of your team's operations, anticipating needs and resolving issues to keep the team focused on projects.

You will work closely with directors to help them scale their work across the organization, acting as a proxy and handling confidential information.

Key responsibilities include calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and event planning, as well as collaborating with the global ABP team.

You will also serve as a technical lead for small projects and help define new operational strategies to build efficiency and responsiveness.

Top skills and experience required include calendar management, travel scheduling, budgeting, project management, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable skills include project management experience, comms writing, and a sense of team wellbeing and creativity.

Duration: 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail.
  • Partner with directors to help them scale their work across the organization.
  • Act as a focal point of contact for other departments and external suppliers.
  • Plan, manage, and execute team offsites, events, and activities.
  • Collaborate with the global ABP team to ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events, or projects.
  • Serve as a technical lead for small projects.

Requirements

  • Experienced with calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
  • Comfortable leading small to medium-sized projects and managing up or across teams.
  • Experience of providing polished and professional administrative support to senior executives within a fast-paced team and international environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
  • Effective organizational skills, with careful attention to detail.
