- Perform administrative tasks in a timely manner with attention to detail
- Partner with directors to scale their organization
- Act as a focal point of contact for other departments and external suppliers
- Plan, manage, and execute team offsites, events, and activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports
- Confidential information handling, and event planning
- Team offsites, events, and activities management
- Global ABP team collaboration for successful meeting execution
Requirements:
- Experience with calendar management, travel scheduling, and budgeting
- Comfort leading small to medium-sized projects and managing up or across teams
- Polished administrative support to senior executives in a fast-paced team and international environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organizational skills with attention to detail
