Job Summary: As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise.

  • Perform administrative tasks in a timely manner with attention to detail
  • Partner with directors to scale their organization
  • Act as a focal point of contact for other departments and external suppliers
  • Plan, manage, and execute team offsites, events, and activities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports
  • Confidential information handling, and event planning
  • Team offsites, events, and activities management
  • Global ABP team collaboration for successful meeting execution

Requirements:

  • Experience with calendar management, travel scheduling, and budgeting
  • Comfort leading small to medium-sized projects and managing up or across teams
  • Polished administrative support to senior executives in a fast-paced team and international environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective organizational skills with attention to detail
