Job Description

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.). Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution. Experience providing polished and professional administrative support to senior executives within a fast-paced team and international environment. Experience with calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events. Excellent written and verbal communication and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships. Excellent organizational skills, with careful attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities.
