We are seeking an Administrator/Insurance Admin to join our team at Noel O'Loughlin Insurance Services.
As an Administrator/Insurance Admin, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service on the telephone
- Inputting data from written records onto online systems
- Managing inboxes and ensuring all requests are processed, distributed and answered in a timely manner
- Calling customers and other 3rd parties to follow up on documentation queries
- Filing and keeping paperwork tidy within the office
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritise queries
