Support a leading Irish property company as a Team Administrator in their Commercial Property department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new client information, including AML and terms of engagement.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and inspections for the team.
- Respond to phone and email queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with Accounts to gather invoices, deposits, and transfer information.
- Format and prepare valuation reports.
- Maintain and use online portals and database.
- Provide additional administrative support to the New Homes team as required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the property sector or a busy corporate environment.
- Excellent MS Office skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and tasks.
About the Company:
This is a permanent role with flexibility to work from home on Fridays and a 4-hour workday from 9am to 5:30pm.
