Experienced Administrator Required for Onboarding Role in Dublin We are seeking a skilled administrator to assist with the onboarding of new employees to our HR system and issue necessary documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong administration experience, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding process • Create new employee profiles on the HR system • Issue Offer Letters and New Starter Packs • Draft and issue Contracts of Employment • Maintain a detailed tracking system for new hire progress • Complete new starter inputs in-line with payroll deadlines **Requirements:** • 2+ years' strong administration experience • Experience working to deadlines • Data entry input experience with keen attention to detail • Ability to work on own initiative • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
