Job Title: RQ940/RQ941 Administrator Grade IV - Workforce Planning (Specified Purpose Contract)

Closing Date: Friday 8th November 2024

Location: Peamount Healthcare, Newcastle, Co. Dublin.

Peamount Healthcare is a leading provider of health and social care services, committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of HR eRostering / Time & Attendance System Administrator Grade IV.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the softworks eRostering time and attendance system, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of all deviations from all rosters, and maintaining employee records accurately. They will also be involved in ad hoc HR projects and change initiatives and any other HR related tasks and responsibilities as reasonably required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous administration experience with a focus on rosters and time attendance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent organization skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience of using data entry systems, with the ability to quickly learn the organization's systems and processes.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment, tact, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent team player, with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Pre-Employment Health Assessment and Garda Vetting. They will also be required to participate in mandatory training, including hand hygiene training and sharps awareness workshops.
