Your new companyWorks with some of Ireland's largest building contractors. They have appointed Hays to recruit an administrator to join their team. This is an office-based role, there may be some flexibility in relation to working hours, but it requires working 5 days a week - Monday to Friday.Your new roleAs Administrator, you will be responsible for the pricing and ordering of materials, checking invoices against price lists / delivery dockets, keeping a record of site H&S folders, liaising with suppliers and staff on-site, ordering stationery / office suppliers, management of insurance for fleet vehicles and all general administration duties. What you'll need to succeedAs Administrator, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word. You will be capable of working on your own initiative.
