Job Summary: Act as primary contact for customers, processing daily orders and managing the end-to-end order process to ensure accuracy and promptness, with a focus on customer experience and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders accurately and promptly
  • Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Provide basic product information
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints
  • Process returns

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French or German and advanced English
  • Proficient PC user with MS Office knowledge
  • Experience in order entry, customer support, or a strong interest in customer service
