About The Role Working hours: 9AM - 5:30PM Hybrid Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, Office based & Thursday-Friday, WFH We are looking for an Administrator to oversee administrative and clerical activities. In this role, you will provide staff with administrative support, organise company files, and arrange training internally with client and company. The right candidate will be adaptable, proactive, supportive, and detail-oriented. Our ideal candidate has experience as an Administrator or relevant administrative role. You should also be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets, and presentations. Key Responsibilities Complete all required training items within the associated timeframes prior to performing any associated tasks. Comply with all IOP’s Environmental, Health & Safety policies/procedures & associated with client requests. Completing company payroll system for site. Assisting with all Operational admin requests. Assisting with EHS Admin Support i.e. Escalation Wastes Issues, Quarterly MSRA Documents. Skills & Requirements Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role. Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular). Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.
