  • Administration & Operations Support:
    • Answer questions and information requests related to daily operations.
    • Work with the Development/Delivery Unit to ensure processes run smoothly.
    • Help identify and report issues, and manage compliance reports and trackers.
    • Keep all program documents organised, including managing SharePoint sites.
    • Oversee existing program portals/systems (SharePoint).
    • Support team activities, such as scheduling meetings, taking notes, and setting agendas.
  • Team Support:
    • Monitor communication channels to solve or escalate issues affecting service delivery.
    • Stay engaged with the team to ensure all customer queries are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Service Excellence:
    • Continuously assess processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and customer service.
    • Ensure standard responses, SOPs, and training materials are up-to-date.
Required Skills:
  • Experience: Prior experience in administration or program/project support is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to respond to queries and collaborate with team members.
  • Organisation: Excellent organisational skills to manage documents and track compliance reports effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SharePoint and other program management tools is beneficial.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and suggest improvements for processes and services.
