Company description: The role is on a full-time, permanent basis with the location in Sandyford, South Dublin. This role is part of the Academic Affairs team, ensuring students have a seamless journey from applicant to enrolled student. This role is a critical link between the student recruitment and academic functions in iheed and provides students with an efficient and welcoming experience as they begin their studies. You will ensure students submit all documents required for registration, are enrolled correctly and on time, and guide them through the financial options for programme payment. This is a busy and varied role with strong support but which requires you to work to tight deadlines on your own initiative. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are critical. Our learners are at the heart of everything we do, and the ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring student satisfaction through efficient and friendly processes. As the iheed suite of programmes develop, you will assist with designing systems and processes to expand the admissions and student registration function. Job description: Log and track all incoming student applications using inhouse platforms. Liaise with incoming students to ensure each student provides all required documents, and that they are correct and valid. Identify and escalate atypical applications. Issue Offer letters for completed applications. Assist and resolve all queries from incoming students. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing and Academic Affairs teams to achieve admissions targets. Guide students through payment options for programmes.
