Job Description
Nua Healthcare Services is a leading provider of residential and supported living services for individuals with complex support needs. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Sales and Admissions Manager.
- Manage the sales pipeline of new and potential admissions, driving business growth through new referrals.
- Ensure effective assessment of potential admissions via Initial Needs Assessment.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure sufficient information and training is delivered in advance of admissions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of admissions and create a central file of all enquiries, new admissions, and referrals.
- Liaise with the HR Department to identify and coordinate training for staff against the needs of new referrals and transitions.
- Maintain up-to-date records in IT systems, including Penelope and CRM.
- Deal with all correspondence, email, calls, and reporting.
- Prepare presentations, file creation, and management, as well as information packs, proposals, and reports.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Social Care, Education, or a professional trade.
- Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area.
- 3 years minimum managerial experience within a similar social care setting.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
