Responsibilities Collaborate with the Director of Nursing in managing daily operations. Lead and support the nursing team to provide excellent resident care. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Contribute to staff education and professional development programs. Act as a liaison between nursing staff, residents, and families. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery. Qualifications: Registered Nurse active on the NMBI register. Minimum of 3 years experience in Nursing home. Previous leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for nursing homes. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
