As an Advisory Services Senior Consultant, this individual will provide people, process and technology consulting services to strengthen and improve health care operations that result in stronger financial returns and a healthier health care system. You’ll use your strong strategic, business and technology acumen to work closely with clients to define, develop and implement business requirements to ensure needs are captured and critical deliveries are executed. Primary Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for Product Management and work on product suite with requirements and expectations set by the client. Support client implementations of products and/or services and work with clients to design and/or develop new product offerings. Support the creation of sales pursuit materials and other business development activities like proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs). Identify and document business process re-engineering opportunities including current and future state process flows. Define, develop and document business requirements to ensure clients' needs are captured and delivered. Collaborate with business and technology teams to define deliverables and develop solutions that meet or exceed client requirements. Perform project management duties including the creation of status reports, work plans, project budgets, resource plans and presentations for client leadership. Create written and oral communication artifacts that effectively summarize findings, support fact-based recommendations and provides appropriate detail to substantiate conclusions. Develop financial models and tools, including cost-benefit analysis, resource utilisation models and performance reports. Conduct research studies that may include collecting, analysing, trending and presenting data and recommendations to management. Assist in and perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing by writing test scripts, executing test cases and documenting defects. Assess and recommend vendor products to client leadership. Maintain work papers, project deliverables and other artifacts that can be leveraged as intellectual capital within the confines of the client agreement. Lead and mentor other Analysts and Consultants. Design and Develop reporting capabilities while integrating multiple data sources. Manage and incrementally improve ongoing reporting and data solutions. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in finance, business, management, IT. Product Manager Experience and Certification. Significant experience working in a Management Consulting/Professional Consulting environment. Extensive experience in a client-facing environment. Experience in Data visualization and analytics tools (Example: Tableau, Power BI) Strong communication and negotiation skills. Considerable experience in the following areas: Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Project Management, General Consulting and/or Business Process Improvement. Proven experience building/creating project deliverables with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams. Proven analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively cross-functionally and externally. Experience managing executive reporting capabilities and managing reporting solutions. Ability to work in office on a hybrid schedule (3 days home / 2 days in-office). Preferred Qualifications: Health care experience preferably US health care sector. Project Management Certification (Example: PRINCE2, PMO). Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner). Experience with the following tools/applications: SAS, SQL, JIRA, CA Agile (Rally), Aha! Experience with Coordination of Onboarding / Training Delivery. Experience working with test plans and test cases. Document new APIs / Services and modify existing ones after evaluating the following: user stories, business requirements, high level design documents and database models. Experience working in a product development/management environment.
