**Healthcare Operations Consultant** We are seeking a seasoned consultant to provide strategic, business, and technology expertise to strengthen and improve healthcare operations, resulting in stronger financial returns and a healthier healthcare system. **Job Description** As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to define, develop, and implement business requirements, ensuring needs are captured and critical deliveries are executed. Your strong strategic, business, and technology acumen will be essential in providing people, process, and technology consulting services to drive business growth and improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide product management and work on product suites with client-defined requirements and expectations * Support client implementations of products and/or services, designing and developing new product offerings * Collaborate with business and technology teams to define deliverables and develop solutions that meet or exceed client requirements * Perform project management duties, including creating status reports, work plans, project budgets, resource plans, and presentations for client leadership * Develop written and oral communication artifacts that effectively summarize findings, support fact-based recommendations, and provide appropriate detail to substantiate conclusions * Conduct research studies, collecting, analyzing, trending, and presenting data and recommendations to management * Assist in and perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing, writing test scripts, executing test cases, and documenting defects * Assess and recommend vendor products to client leadership * Maintain work papers, project deliverables, and other artifacts that can be leveraged as intellectual capital within the confines of the client agreement * Lead and mentor other analysts and consultants * Design and develop reporting capabilities while integrating multiple data sources * Manage and incrementally improve ongoing reporting and data solutions **Requirements:** * Master's degree in finance, business, management, or IT * Product Manager experience and certification * Significant experience working in a management consulting or professional consulting environment * Extensive experience in a client-facing environment * Experience in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Considerable experience in business analysis, systems analysis, project management, general consulting, and/or business process improvement * Proven experience building project deliverables with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams * Proven analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner * Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively cross-functionally and externally * Experience managing executive reporting capabilities and managing reporting solutions * Ability to work in an office on a hybrid schedule (3 days home / 2 days in-office) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Healthcare experience, preferably in the US healthcare sector * Project Management Certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMO) * Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner) * Experience with tools/applications: SAS, SQL, JIRA, CA Agile (Rally), Aha * Experience with coordination of onboarding/training delivery * Experience working with test plans and test cases * Document new APIs/services and modify existing ones after evaluating user stories, business requirements, high-level design documents, and database models * Experience working in a product development/management environment
