**Senior Consultant Role** A senior consultant is sought to provide strategic, business, and technology consulting services to strengthen and improve healthcare operations, resulting in stronger financial returns and a healthier healthcare system. **About the Role** As a Fortune 5 business, we're one of the world's leading healthcare companies. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with clients to define, develop, and implement business requirements, ensuring needs are captured and critical deliveries are executed. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide people, process, and technology consulting services to strengthen and improve healthcare operations * Work closely with clients to define, develop, and implement business requirements * Support client implementations of products and/or services * Design and develop new product offerings * Identify and document business process re-engineering opportunities * Define, develop, and document business requirements * Collaborate with business and technology teams to define deliverables and develop solutions * Perform project management duties, including creation of status reports, work plans, project budgets, resource plans, and presentations for client leadership * Create written and oral communication artifacts that effectively summarize findings and support fact-based recommendations * Develop financial models and tools, including cost-benefit analysis, resource utilization models, and performance reports * Conduct research studies, including collecting, analyzing, trending, and presenting data and recommendations to management * Assist in and perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing * Assess and recommend vendor products to client leadership * Maintain work papers, project deliverables, and other artifacts * Lead and mentor other analysts and consultants * Design and develop reporting capabilities while integrating multiple data sources * Manage and incrementally improve ongoing reporting and data solutions **Requirements** * Master's degree in finance, business, management, or IT * Product Manager experience and certification * Significant experience working in a management consulting or professional consulting environment * Extensive experience in a client-facing environment * Experience in data visualization and analytics tools * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Considerable experience in business analysis, systems analysis, project management, general consulting, and/or business process improvement * Proven experience building project deliverables with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams * Proven analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner * Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively cross-functionally and externally * Experience managing executive reporting capabilities and managing reporting solutions * Ability to work in an office on a hybrid schedule **Preferred Qualifications** * Healthcare experience, preferably in the US healthcare sector * Project Management Certification * Agile experience * Experience with tools and applications such as SAS, SQL, JIRA, CA Agile, and Aha * Experience with coordination of onboarding and training delivery * Experience working with test plans and test cases * Experience working in a product development/management environment
