I'm currently recruiting for a 'Agile Coach' for my client, on an initial 12 month rolling contract. This position is onsite 2 days per week in Dublin. Requirements: Understanding of current Agile models aligned to emerging technologies and successful tech industries Capabilities to guide and influence stakeholders and teams in building and embedding an agile framework into a complex delivery organisation (5+ years workig in similar environments) Experience successfully implementing and enhancing an agile framework for a complex technical delivery organisation Ability to perform assessments, lead strategy and change implementation as part of developing a delivery framework and identifying areas for process automation or improvements Experience with agile practices of Continuous Build, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practice, tools and trends (experience supporting the integration and embedding of these practices is essential) Experience successfully leading multiple agile teams SAFe certified would be advantageous, or certified in Prince2 or PMP Applicants must be eligible to work full-time in the Republic of Ireland without restriction.
