Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Lead - 1 Year Contract I'm currently recruiting for an exciting client of mine looking for an Agile Delivery Manager. 12 Months Initial Contract, hybrid role with highly flexible working arrangement. Qualifications: Required: 5+ years of IT Scrum Master experience, with proven Project Management expertise. Preferred: Scrum Master certification. Required: Extensive experience working with IT delivery teams and strong business stakeholder engagement. Required: 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Responsibilities: - Lead, plan, and manage the deployment of technology solutions with medium-scale complexity, ensuring innovation, scalability, and compliance with best practices to support business and client goals. - Oversee day-to-day execution, planning, and reporting for non-agile initiatives, ensuring effective implementation. - Act as a change agent, promoting agile methodologies within Technology, focusing on building high-performing teams and removing obstacles to deliver quality solutions. - Escalate risks and impediments, driving continuous improvement and value delivery. - Serve as a servant leader, coaching squads on Scrum practices and sharing responsibility for initiative delivery in an agile framework. - Proactively identify and mitigate impediments to ensure consistent velocity and flow of work. - Foster relationships with team members, release train engineers, portfolio/product owners, and other support teams to ensure business value delivery. - Define and track goals, quality measures, and productivity metrics, while promoting continuous improvement. - Manage governance, reporting, and monitoring activities according to the delivery framework in use. - Seek guidance from senior resources when needed and mentor others in their skills development.
