Job Description
A 12 month contract Agile Delivery Manager role with hybrid working arrangement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT Scrum Master experience with proven Project Management expertise.
- Scrum Master certification (preferred).
- Extensive experience working with IT delivery teams and strong business stakeholder engagement.
- 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan and manage technology solution deployments with medium-scale complexity.
- Oversee day-to-day execution, planning and reporting for non-agile initiatives.
- Act as a change agent promoting agile methodologies within Technology.
- Escalate risks and impediments driving continuous improvement and value delivery.
- Serve as a servant leader coaching squads on Scrum practices.
- Proactively identify and mitigate impediments ensuring consistent velocity and flow of work.
- Foster relationships with team members and business stakeholders.
- Define and track goals, quality measures and productivity metrics.
- Manage governance, reporting and monitoring activities.
- Mentor others in their skills development.
