Job Description

A 12 month contract Agile Delivery Manager role with hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of IT Scrum Master experience with proven Project Management expertise.

  • Scrum Master certification (preferred).

  • Extensive experience working with IT delivery teams and strong business stakeholder engagement.

  • 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry.


Responsibilities:



  • Lead, plan and manage technology solution deployments with medium-scale complexity.

  • Oversee day-to-day execution, planning and reporting for non-agile initiatives.

  • Act as a change agent promoting agile methodologies within Technology.

  • Escalate risks and impediments driving continuous improvement and value delivery.

  • Serve as a servant leader coaching squads on Scrum practices.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate impediments ensuring consistent velocity and flow of work.

  • Foster relationships with team members and business stakeholders.

  • Define and track goals, quality measures and productivity metrics.

  • Manage governance, reporting and monitoring activities.

  • Mentor others in their skills development.
