Agresso Functional Consultant Job Description: Our client, a leading organization, is seeking a permanentAgresso Functional Consultant to join their team in Dublin. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing flexibility between office and home. Job Responsibilities: Provide functional support and consultancy services for Agresso ERP systems. Collaborate with internal teams to configure, test, and implement changes and improvements to the Agresso platform. Analyse and document business processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and alignment with Agresso capabilities. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the system meets operational needs. Support users through troubleshooting, training, and system upgrades. Maintain system integrity and ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulations. Act as a liaison between technical teams and the business to resolve issues efficiently. Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role with expertise in Agresso ERP systems. Proven experience in delivering functional consultancy in a hybrid working environment. Strong background in finance and business process improvement. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with financial modules and their integration with Agresso. Experience working in a large-scale organisation or project environment. Knowledge of SQL for report generation and system queries. Previous experience in liaising with both technical teams and business users. Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in IT, Finance, or related field.
