Location: Cork The Role: Agri Graduate Programme Indeed, graduates will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development opportunities across various areas of our client's business. The role Engage in a series of rotational assignments across different departments or functions within our client's business, allowing you to gain exposure to various aspects of the business. Participate in comprehensive training sessions, workshops, and seminars designed to enhance your technical skills, industry knowledge, and professional competencies. Contribute to meaningful projects that make a real impact on our client's org and the communities they serve. This will allow you to apply your academic knowledge in practical settings, while gaining direct access to senior leaders and managers across the business. Candidate Profile Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Agri, Food, Food Science, Retail and Business. Passionate, hands-on individual with a strong desire to learn and grow. Demonstrated academic excellence and leadership potential. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
