Generative AI Annotator with Punjabi
We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Generative AI Annotator, working with a global social networking company to enhance a large language model.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Annotate English data accurately following predefined guidelines.
- Evaluate the quality of data resources, machine learning outputs, and internal tools.
- Develop and maintain guidelines for consistent, high-quality classification and content organization.
- Conduct basic research to ensure accurate annotations.
- Offer feedback to improve the data annotation process.
- Provide insights on patterns observed in the data.
- Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling fast-paced, high-pressure roles in dynamic environments.
- Client-oriented, enthusiastic, assertive, and motivated to improve large language models.
- Strong data skills, excellent communication abilities, and a flexible, analytical mindset.
- Ability to interpret large datasets accurately while following guidelines.
Essential Competencies
- High Proficiency in English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR.
- Fluency in market language: Punjabi.
- Undergraduate university degree.
- Understanding common social norms (Social dynamics, social media, popular culture).
Other Competencies Required
- Skill in referencing online resources to write accurate, cohesive, and empathetic LLM responses.
- Ability to handle specialized, university-level prompts.
- Experience in data and trend analysis.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing initiatives.
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks with sound judgment.
