Job Summary: We seek experienced individuals for a Generative AI Annotator role, working with a global social networking company to develop platforms connecting users worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs to enhance a large language model (LLM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Annotate English data accurately according to predefined guidelines.
- Develop and maintain guidelines for consistent, high-quality classification and content organization.
- Conduct basic research to ensure accurate annotations.
- Offer feedback to improve the data annotation process.
- Provide insights on patterns observed in the data.
- Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate has experience handling fast-paced, high-pressure roles in dynamic environments. They should be client-oriented, enthusiastic, assertive, and motivated to improve large language models (LLMs). Essential competencies include strong data skills, excellent communication abilities, and a flexible, analytical mindset.
Required Competencies:
- High Proficiency in English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR.
- Fluency in market language: Swedish.
- Undergraduate university degree.
- Understanding common social norms.
Other Competencies:
- Skill in referencing online resources to write accurate, cohesive, and empathetic LLM responses.
- Ability to handle specialized, university-level prompts.
- Experience in data and trend analysis.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing initiatives.
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks with sound judgment.
