Job Description
We are partnering with a leading company in the aviation finance sector to find a Contracts Assistant to join their team in Shannon. Responsibilities: Review and ensure customer aviation insurance/reinsurance certificates comply with contract terms and company risk policy. Collaborate with internal deal teams for insurance sign-off before engine deliveries. Oversee insurance/reinsurance certificate reviews for technical services agreements and manage the renewal process. Ensure timely receipt and review of customer insurance renewals, closing within strict deadlines. Maintain accurate insurance data and generate compliance reports. Liaise with stakeholders and external advisors on insurance matters, due diligence, and reporting. Support the Contracts and Legal team with insurance claims and related reporting. Experience: Bachelor's degree in a Business-related discipline or equivalent experience. 2 years relevant experience dealing with contracts or insurance. Experience in the aviation leasing industry or a CII qualification in Aviation Insurance is an advantage but not essential.
