Seeking experienced professional to manage operations and provide office support in a dynamic environment.

We are looking for a skilled individual to coordinate compliance tasks, support local office functions, and liaise with internal teams and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax registrations, board meetings, and local compliance.
  • Oversee office administration and HR management.
  • Provide administrative support for board meetings and liaise with directors.
  • Assist other departments with reporting to shareholders and headquarters.
  • Provide additional support for various functions when required.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with HR management and local compliance policies.
  • Strong office administration experience.
  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Chinese speaker preferred.
