Aircraft Leasing VP/SVP Risk – Dublin, IrelandAbout the Job:A leading global leasing company is seeking an experienced VP/SVP of Risk for its Dublin office. This role will strengthen the company's risk management capabilities as it continues to expand across various markets and jurisdictions. Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage comprehensive risk assessments, develop robust risk management frameworks, and ensure the company meets legal and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed risk assessments across aviation markets, leasing transactions, and political risk.Collaborate with teams on assessing and mitigating project-specific risks.Develop, implement, and maintain risk management policies and tools.Monitor and continuously improve risk processes, providing training and guidance to teams as required.Prepare comprehensive risk reports and credit papers for senior management and approval committees.Support transaction risk evaluations and recommend strategies to mitigate risk exposure.Manage distressed lessee accounts and lead recovery efforts, ensuring optimal outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, or a relevant field.8+ years’ experience in risk management, ideally within aviation finance or aircraft leasing.Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, industry standards, and compliance regulations.Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.Proven track record of collaborating across departments to achieve strategic goals.Professional certification in risk management or similar is advantageous.Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with significant career development opportunities in a growing, dynamic industry.Application Process: If you are interested in discussing this role further, please apply online or contact Karinda at GKR for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
