Alternatives Fund Accounting Managing Director
Lead a global team delivering services to alternative markets clients, including hedge, private equity, and real assets clients, while shaping the team's strategy and fostering a culture of risk excellence.
- Focus on client outcomes, problem-solving, and communication to achieve shared success
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all deliverables
- Develop and lead a large team, fostering high performance and creating a destination for top talent
- Drive productivity and operational effectiveness
- Identify and develop opportunities for transformation and capacity creation
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing effective modes of communication, delegation, talent development, employee engagement, and succession planning
- Strategic interactions with key stakeholders and partners to ensure continued operations
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including Product, Sales, and IT, to support business objectives
Requirements:
- Strong alternative fund accounting knowledge and technical skills
- Proven leadership skills to manage and develop a high-performing operations team
- Excellent time management, presentation skills, and communication to multiple levels
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding financial goals through delivering on efficiency targets and enhancements of op model
- Demonstrated ability to execute under challenging circumstances and deliver targeted outcomes
