Alternatives Fund Accounting, Managing Director is a key leadership position in Global alternative fund accounting operations team is responsible for delivering services to alternative markets clients, including hedge, private equity, private credit, Infrastructure and real assets client. The team is accountable for positive and consistent service delivery. The MD plays a critical role in the shaping the team's strategy and its execution. The role requires significant leadership to engage staff and deal with clients to support their growth and meet their changing requirements while scaling the business and fostering an environment and a culture of risk excellence. What you will be responsible for As Alternatives Fund Accounting, Managing Director you will : Focus on client outcomes, problem solving, cooperating and communicating with the rest of organization to achieve shared success Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all deliverables Actively participate in industry events and forums and share insights with clients and internal colleagues to anticipate clients' needs and market trends Develop and lead a large team, fostering high performance and creating a destination for top talent. Develop effective modes of communication, delegation, talent development, employee engagement, and succession planning. Able to process feedback and develop meaningful actions to resolve identified challenges along reasonable timelines Strategic interactions with key stakeholders and partners to ensure continued operations. Identify and develop opportunities for transformation and capacity creation. Drive productivity and operational effectiveness What we value Alternatives Fund Accounting, Managing Director is a key position and requires senior leadership and advanced skills in areas such as: Strong alternative fund accounting knowledge and technical skills Ability to navigate a global organization, build meaningful relationships and develop an effective network Work closely with multiple stakeholders including Product, Sales and IT to support our business objectives. Proven leadership skills to manage and develop a high performing operations team Excellent time management, presentation skills and communication to multiple levels (clients, peers, subordinates etc.) Proven track record of achieving/exceeding financial goals through delivering on efficiency targets and enhancements of op model as well as overall expense discipline Experience with change management programs in sponsorship, leadership roles.
