Mercers fund range was launched in Europe in September 2006 and currently consists of c.130 Irish domiciled funds across 5 legal structures. In addition to the ability to provide bespoke solutions to large sophisticated clients these funds provide building blocks to support Mercers wider range of investment and risk management solutions targeting the institutional marketplace. As the growth of Mercers Investment Solutions business continues to accelerate, an exciting opportunity has emerged to join the International Investment Solutions Client Team as a Private Markets Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the processes and procedures put in place to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services to clients across the international region. Lead the client communication agenda (e.g. working with the sales and business development teams to help ensure clients receive Mercer content related to whitepapers, invites to Mercers Global Investment Forums, Investor Days etc) and promote investor engagement for our private market solutions. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience for our investors by developing content for investor communications, including newsletters, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity and relevance. Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term investor relations strategies that align with the firms overall goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to investors. Be involved in the development of new products and solutions and work with the administrators to ensure effective operational infrastructure in place. Ensure fundraising information is accurate. Lead on the investor retention program. What you need to have: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Knowledge and experience working within investments and private markets experience. The candidate should have the ability to project manage multiple projects, set priorities in a fast-paced environment, and ensure timely completion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Words, Excel and PowerPoint, are essential.
