AML Lead Location: Dublin - Hybrid Salary: €100,000 - €120,000 (DOE) One of the largest, most respected legal organisations in Ireland is seeking an AML Lead to head up and grow its newly created specialist Anti Money Laundering team, working in central Dublin on a hybrid basis. In this high-level role you will work to monitor compliance with relevant legislation including terrorist financing and the new EU AMLA regulations, ensuring that the programme to oversee sanctions is effective, developing appropriate risk assessment policies and procedures, and ensuring the provision of educational programmes and material to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have: 8-10+ years of experience working in a professional regulatory environment with a recent focus on AML. Experience analysing and drafting procedural frameworks and a proven ability to succinctly communicate policy, regulatory guidance and relevant updates to stakeholders to ensure full understanding of compliance requirements. Demonstrable confidence and ability to deal with senior decision-makers honestly and with integrity, transmitting expertise to effectively influence outcomes. Experience in team management and maximising team potential. Notable discretion when dealing with highly sensitive information. Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing responsibilities.
