Job Description
As an Analyst in the Transfer Agency department, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients through telephony and email communication channels.
Key responsibilities include responding to client queries, monitoring call levels, and ensuring service level agreements are met.
Additional responsibilities include mentoring new team members, providing coaching and assistance, and participating in team meetings and client visits.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
