So, join our Multi-Asset Attribution team and feel like you’re part of something bigger.About Your TeamThe Performance Analytics group provides performance information and portfolio analysis for Fidelity International Limited (FIL) worldwide. The group comprises three teams who all interact closely and work together to provide clients both internal and external with analysis on Fidelity products and mandates:The Performance Attribution & Risk reporting teams provide attribution and risk analytics such as quarterly fund reports, investment risk oversight pack, liquidity reporting and support to our investment teams.The Performance Operation & Oversight team is responsible for ensuring the quality of our data, management of our systems, GIPS, regulatory performance & risk and providing key senior management metrics.The Performance Measurement team supplies performance and ex-post analysis to all of our clients.About Your RoleThe specialist will assist the wider team in the delivery of Performance Attribution. They will be responsible for data uploading, data cleansing, and validation of the results using systems such as FactSet and internal systems. The specialist will support a project for onboarding MA funds to a new attribution platform.Principal Duties:Performance Attribution reporting for the Investment and distribution teams.Involvement in projects and systems testing.Reconcile official performance and attribution data.Validation of results and production of reports.Assisting colleagues where required.Working with the Investment teams to understand the drivers of performance.Collaborating with technology to ensure requirements are delivered.Your Skills and ExperienceSystem knowledge such as FactSet preferred.Experience within a performance team (measurement and/or attribution) preferred.Experience in writing VBA code preferred.Accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work to tight deadlines.Ability to work independently.Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new skills and continue self-development.Strong numerical and statistical skills.Self-motivated and responsive to a changing environment.Team contributor.Feel RewardedFor starters, we’ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
