Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in global supply chain management, agreement facilitation, and procurement. Preferred qualifications: Experience working cross-functionally and driving organizational change across various workflows, services, and teams.Knowledge of best practices for vendor management, specifically in streamlining processes and driving efficiency. Operational process expertise in a rapidly changing environment, and driving performance through process excellence.Ability to demonstrate levels of initiative and self-motivation, along with reliability and sound judgment.Analytical skills with the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Attention to detail with time management, multitasking and communications skills. Responsibility for completion of Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with internal stakeholders and execution of a robust vendor governance plan. Support and manage projects in line with Service Delivery needs. Represent SD in cross-functional or cross-partner projects. Provide insights to support cross-functional projects and vendor management. Verify repositories, dashboards, and databases are accurate. Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with vendors to ensure open communication and proactive problem resolution. Support agreement negotiations and agreement changes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
