We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our AWS Cloud Premium Support team. The team is at the forefront of cloud technologies, interacting with the full breadth of AWS services. A day in the life of our team includes:
- • Learning and using groundbreaking technologies
- • Applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customers' individual needs
- • Interacting with leading technologists around the world
- • Working directly with AWS architects to help reproduce and resolve customer issues
- • Leveraging your experience to provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how to improve our services
- • Driving customer communication during critical events

We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in:
- • Cloud computing concepts
- • Streaming technologies (Redshift, Quicksight, Neptune)
- • Log analysis and general troubleshooting
- • System administration and troubleshooting with Linux and/or Microsoft Windows Server
- • Networking and troubleshooting
- • Database fundamentals and general troubleshooting
- • Scripting or developing in languages such as Python, R, Ruby, GO, Java, .NET (C#), or JavaScript
